While honoring tradition, we refuse to be confined by the conventional notion of jeans as workwear. Our concept is to create "high-quality everyday wear" without compromise every step from material selection to design and sewing.

We meticulously design simple yet well-balanced silhouettes that enhance the elegance of jackets while maintaining a casual vibe, all the while ensuring utmost comfort.

HISTORY

For over a quarter of a century, OZONO has been devoted to the authenticity and evolution of jeans.
We are a micro maison in the realm of denim, persistently honing our craft with the aim of producing garments that push boundaries and embody unparalleled innovation.

Production

OZONO's loyal clientele consists of individuals well-versed in discerning quality and authenticity. To meet the expectations of such customers, we spare no effort in consistently delivering quality from cutting and sewing to distressed finishing, ensuring results that rival bespoke craftsmanship.

Uniqueness

By introducing techniques like "MagicWash" that replicate the vintage denim texture without compromising the fabric, we explore denim's full potential from every perspective, including materials and sewing techniques,to unlock its maximum possibilities.

Craftsman

As a result of forsaking mass production, we now only produce approximately one garment per day. Nevertheless, in our quest for perfection, we work alongside assistants at our atelier in Sakai, Osaka, tirelessly pursuing the ideal garment and persistently experimenting and refining our methods to achieve satisfactory results.

Sewing

Through various sewing trials, we've minimized the use of specialized machines that could weaken the strength. While this sewing method takes time, we prioritize strength by adopting the "machine-sewn tailoring method”where almost all processes are sewn with the primary sewing machine.
